Before joining Beyond Legal Aid, Silvia served as Director of Operations & Business Development at LEAP Innovations, where she led initiatives that improved processes, streamlined operations, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement. Her background also includes roles with Exelon Corporation and General Growth Properties, where she partnered with senior leadership to advance strategic priorities and organizational effectiveness.
